My "Getting Back To My Normal Weight" Wardrobe - Part 1

I mentioned on Instagram recently that I've been struggling with my body image since having Sorsha and although I am losing weight it takes time and I'm very impatient! Allan reminds me that it took 9 months to put all that weight on, so I shouldn't expect it to disappear overnight!

And I haven't bought a lot of new clothes lately because I feel it's a waste of money if I'm going to lose more weight, but now I've grown tired of wearing the same things all the time. What's a girl to do? Go sale shopping!

So I did just that! This whole outfit cost £16! I already had the shoes, one of my rare purchases because my other black flats had actually worn out from my massive pregnant flat feet! I never wear out shoes! I get bored of them way before I have a chance to wear them out! They were full price at a whopping £3 from Primark!

The jumper and trousers are both from F&F at Tesco. The sweater has a beaded neckline and was £7 and the trousers are super comfy smart joggers with cuffed ankles, an elastic waist, and a funky origami fold at the front.

I'm so happy with this outfit! It's not something I'd usually wear, but I have to get to grips with this new body shape where I'm mostly slim apart from this big belly and boobs!

Inspired by my new outfit I also tried to master the messy bun, which isn't that messy but is a nice change from my boring ponytail!

What do you think? Did I get it right?! If you have any tips for styling a post-baby body, then let me know!
